Working for Orchard House High School  

We are a new SEND school established in September 2025, that is ambitious for every one of our learners. We will be a larger than average size special school that caters for students aged 11 – 19 with significant learning difficulties. We aim to provide the very best education for our students and to ensure they have the very best outcomes and make the best rates of progress they possibly can.  

We aim to empower our students with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in their educational journey and beyond. Our dedicated team of educators and support staff is excited to embark on this journey with you, ensuring that each student's unique potential is recognised and celebrated. 

Staff experience and wellbeing is important to us and we ensure that our staff feel informed and supported from their first day and throughout their experience as part of our school community.
